The retreat consists of the following ceremonies: Ceremonies are performed by Qeros priests, Shipibos and/or Andean and Amazonian Natives Shamans.

• Andean medicinal water (Physical and psychological preparation before taking ayahuasca)
• Oracle or Coca Leaf Reading (personal diagnosis and counseling)
• Cleansing ceremony (spiritual purification works with Forgiveness)

• The most transcendental Ayahuasca retreat. This technique can be compared only to the European Druids Technique who used Mushrooms with Ceremony’s to the Mother Goddess or Divine Nature. The Incas used Ayahuasca in a similar way with Ceremony’s to Pachamama or Mother Earth.  This is the most correct and authentic way to do Ayahuasca retreat done in the same way as our ancestor, with the same effect like the ancient times.

Important:

Note that for the physical and psychological preparation, the purgative natural water is needed to consume one day before to start the retreat, this takes around 3 hours.

Itinerary

Day 1

Today you will be required to fast and will only be allowed water. Pick- up from your hotel at 10:00am to transfer directly to our private retreat center “Montaña Alegre“ in the South Valley (Huayllapampa), located approx. 40 min. from Cusco.  Upon arrival to the centre we will begin with a briefing about the schedule for the retreat, the instructions for the retreat house and any other necessary explanations about the ceremonies.  After the explanations we will start with the Oracle or coca leaf reading with an Andean priest or Shaman. To take full advantage of this ceremony it is best for you to come prepared with questions that you would like answered about your life, your family, your health, etc… On average, each reading will last between 40 and 60 minutes. After this oracle reading you will take part in a cleansing and flourishing ceremony. With this you will be prepared for your Ayahuasca ceremony with the Master Ayahuasca Shaman or Ayahuasquero which will be begin at 7:00pm.

Day 2 – Retreat Centre (B)

You will wake up a 7:30am and have half an hour to shower and get dressed.  We will have breakfast and will then have an integration conversation with the Masters about the experience during the ayahuasca ceremony. Today you will have a special diet and will rest. You may read, meditate, or take a walk through the mountains,  In many cases people feel tired this day due to the mental and physical cleansing that was experienced during the ayahuasca session. Only rarely do people choose to go for a walk this day normally they prefer to rest. For this reason we do not offer many options today as you must keep your energy for the second ayahuasca session. Tonight you will have your second session with the supreme and powerful master healer ayahuasca.

Day 3

Today you will wake up at 7:30am and will eat a special diet for breakfast, lunch and dinner as indicated.  After breakfast we will have an integration conversation with the Masters about the experience during the ayahuasca healing session. You may read, meditate, or take a walk through the mountains. Optional:  Professional masters of yoga, Reiki, meditation with the alignment of chakras or relaxation, Tai Chi, etc… are available for an additional fee. If you want to do for yourself there are special areas for Yoga, Tai Chi and Meditation. Day 4 – Retreat Centre Today you will again fast and will only drink water without forgetting the noble silence.  You may read, meditate, practice yoga or other activities however you must not over-exert yourself to keep your energy for the third ceremony with the supreme and powerful healer, Ayahuasca. Optional:  Professional masters of yoga, Reiki, meditation with the alignment of chakras or relaxation, Tai Chi, etc… are available for an additional fee.

Day 5 – Retreat Centre / Aguas Calientes (B)

You will wake up a 7:00am and have half an hour to shower and get dressed. At 7:30 we will be ready and prepared for the last and most important healing session, the Offering to Pacha Mama or Mother Earth which will be performed by a Quechua Master Shaman. Upon completion of this ceremony we will have breakfast followed by an integration discussion about the experience of the ayahuasca and other ceremony with the Masters. Later you will take the train to the town of Machu Picchu where you can enjoy the hot springs, visit the nearby waterfall or just relax and take in all of the wisdom that your ceremonies have provided.

Day 6 – Machu Picchu / Cusco (B)

Rise early to catch the bus up to Machu Picchu for a guided tour of the site after which you will have free time to visit the site. Return to Cusco this evening.

Day 7 – Depart Cusco (B)

Transfer to airport. End of services.

STRICT Indications

Do not consume drugs, alcohol, coffee or chocolate for two days prior to your Ayahuasca ceremony. Avoid canned food, red meat and pork, cold cuts and excessive salt and sugar. Do not take any medical prescription drugs, antibiotics, injections, pills, or others, Sexual abstinence including masturbation for one day prior the ceremony. We indicate that the women who are menstruating or pregnant abstain from participating. During your stay with Etnika’s we remind you that it is not permitted to smoke, drink alcohol or to take any type of prescription or non-prescription drugs without consulting us.

Recommendation for preparation: For spiritual and mental preparation before your retreat, we recommend to you meditate, pray, do yoga or practices the disciplines that you know of your religion. The retreat is real ancient shamanism and the initiations are intense, so please follow the recommendation, this way you able to do merit for receiving a successful retreat and initiation.

Beware of imitations

We practice the true Ancient shamanic Inca technique “Dancing with Heaven and Earth“, the shamanic technique is guided from a Master initiated in the technique. He received it with dangerous initiations ceremonies that nobody did for 500 years. This allows people to experience the state of Dharma, Nirvana or Holy Spirit in its purest essence, like in the ancient times. We are not mentioning the Master’s name or picture because he is only looking for the recognition of the shamanic Technique and of the Masters who work with him in the center. He healed himself from a terrible disease with it. Therefore in gratitude, he opened this shamanic center to guide many people with this technique to the transmutation of suffering into happiness.
