How would you rate your experience with Etnikas Travel & Shamanic Healing and do you feel that the experience was beneficial to you?
I took a five-day course with Etnikas in August 2010. It opened up my deepest consciousness and that experiences have been transforming. It’s been 10 months since my first experiences with Ayahuasca. Nevertheless, it was just a beginning, an entrance to pursue my personal legend. I have been following the directions, hints and deepest desires that were opened up during the ceremony. Yes, I benefit a lot from the experience.
Recently, the earth is changing rapidly to meet up the requirements of the new world in 2012. I am sure Etnikas Travel and Shamanic Healing Center will contribute a great deal in this process. Please keep it open for thousands of people who will need it in the near future.

Hello to all the beautiful people at Etnika’s,
My experience with Etnika’s was excellent…
My friend and I arrived in South America with no plans except to do the Salkantay Trek, which we had already pre-booked before leaving Australia. We were both interested in shamanic healing and thought it would be wonderful to spend some time with the shamans while we were on holidays but we had no idea how to find them. As fate would have it, we were sightseeing in Cuzco one day and stumbled upon Etnika’s Travel & Shamanic Centre. We went inside and met Angel, who was extremely helpful (and could speak English!). He explained all the different options available and helped us decide which option was best for us and then organised it all to fit in with our trek.
We did a 3 day Ayahuasca Retreat in the Sacred Valley which was an amazing experience that I will never forget. The retreat itself was in a beautiful location and well maintained. The food was delicious (when we weren’t fasting). All of the shamans we spent time with were so friendly and welcoming and gave us very accurate information from our tea leaf readings and Ayahuasca visions. During each of the ceremonies I felt completely safe and very well looked after.
When we got back to Cuzco, we used the travel centre to book the next part of our journey. The service was exceptional – One of the staff came to meet us at our hostel, took us to the bus station, sorted out our departure taxes and even helped us put our bags on the bus and make sure we were safely onboard! Everything that Etnika’s booked for us ran smoothly and throughout the rest of our journey we saw Etnika’s stickers everywhere – on buses, at internet cafes, at restaurants – it was like we were divinely blessed and protected for the rest of our travels.
For months after I returned home I felt like I was shedding old layers of myself, just like the serpent I spent time with while I was in the realm of Ayahuasca. I felt like I had been plugged directly into the Universe and knew all the answers to the meaning of life. Even now I see the world from a whole different perspective and I am still working with many of the discoveries that I learned from Ayahuasca which are assisting me in my spiritual growth.
I would like to deeply thank everyone at Etnika’s Travel and Shamanic Healing for all of your hard work and for making my trip to Peru such a magical and memorable one. I have recommended you to all of my friends and a few have been to see you already. I can’t wait to come back and see you again myself.

I am so glad that I found Etnikas. We wanted to experience the Ayhuaska and Shamanic experience, but did not know where to go. We are so blessed to have found Etnikas. The cultural and spiritual experience was amazing, but I think the most important part is that we were taken care of. Hola! no tengo idea a quien me dirigo pero bueno… de todas formas me esta yendo muy bien, todo esta mejor las relaciones con mi familia, amistades, en serio cada vez que algo me molesta me acuerdo de todo lo que hicimos esos dias, de lo que decian respecto al amor, la verdad ese concepto no lo tenia muy claro, pero ahora ya esta mejor, ahora hago clases de yoga y pilates y quiero probar con taichi o king fu uno de esos dos (que no recuerdo el nombre) que me relajan un monton!!, y siempre me acuerdo de Jesus! mandenle muchos saludos!. Me gustaria hacer otra ceremonia pero de aqui un buen tiempo, la verdad es que me ha marcado! a la gente con la que tengo confianza les recomiendo que lo hagan pero de la forma correcta, porque si se lo mencionas a cualquiera creen que es droga, (ahi cada uno con sus creencias), poco a poco cambiamos, estoy feliz! la mayor parte del tiempo, y me doy cuenta cuando mis animos cambian!! eso es bueno…
Mi experiencia con Etnikas fue genial, cuando hablo de la ceremonia hablo con mucho amor! la atencion, el espacio, la comida (aunque fue bastante!) esta muy rica!, los guias y shamanes, muy buenas personas!, en general todo bien, y claro que ha sido beneficiosa como les comento en la parte supeerior.

Dear Etnika’s,
the experience with etnika’s services in my opinion was a very good one.
my heart desired to participate in an Ayahuasca ceremony, but i did not know how to do it best, as there’s so many offers, and none seemed to be trustworthy – being well informed by experienced people i knew i better do not participate in any ceremony without 100% confidence and positive feeling. i i haven’t found any offer like that before.
so i prayed, and i asked the great spirit to show me where and how to find the possibility, if now is a good time. if it is not a good time, it is ok, too.
2 hours later i got a flyer with etnika’s adress and information, and as i interpreted as the guidence i was asking for, i went there to become informed. first i was reluctant, because it seemed to be very expesive, and i allready spent too much money on my travellings before, but then i was that convinced by the way you were to organize that experience, and so happy to know that i will be there on my own with a female maestra, that i finally agreed in paying that money. and it was fully worth it!
first, because there was a “neutral person” to take care of me. second, because the maetra and the maestros you’re coorporating with are nice, positive, non-egoitic ones, really autentic, great souls. third, because there was translation from quechua….and so many reasons more. i felt well taken care of, and did not have any feeling of fear.
the experience was completely benefical for me! it touched my soul, deeply and fundamentally. i’ll never forget it. it changed my view upon the world, my being, and everything that IS. i’m very thankfull, until now, that i was guided to you, to do this ceremony. it was a great gift!

I would rate my experience as one that I will remember fondly forever.
You treated us with kindness and compassion. My friend and I did the 3 day retreat with 2 nights of Ayahuasca. Everyone was exceptionally kind, and professional.
This is such a personal journey and everything was well explained. The inner journey was intense and I remember thinking during the 1st night of the Ayahuasca ceremony that
this is the best ‘trip’ I’ve ever been guided through. I felt that the Shawwoman’s (a lovely young woman) songs were leading me along a special path. The visions were intense and
sometimes frightening and there was some level of panic at one point, and also a lot of pain from the cleansing portion. After one night, I felt that I had received what I needed to. I did not
wish to do the 2nd ceremony. I told you all this, and was treated with respect and kindness. you encouraged me to think about my choice and I did. I meditated on it that day – making sure
it was not out of fear that I decided NOT to do the second ceremony. My inner wisdom told me that I did not need the 2nd ceremony and that it would take too much from me if I did it.
I did the Ayahuasca in October 2010. Coming home, I knew something had changed. I knew I had to change. I started to get serious about getting happier with myself and with loving myself
so that I could finally obtain my potential on this earth.
Since this time, much has changed. I did some further work on myself – something called Gestalt Therapy – which is a particular type of therapy that uses something called Shadow Work to
learn about and accept the shadow portions of yourself. I did only 2 sessions in this method. It works incredibly fast and is incredibly deep. This happened in February of this year.
Since then, my life has changed completely. I met my current boyfriend, who I think may be the love of my life the day of my 2nd therapy session. My work has changed for the better. I have approached conflict
at work with a sense of peace and love, and highest intention and have held others accountable in a loving way. My team at work, and my boss have all benefited from my change.
I think it was a combination of the two things, plus my own search/desire for change…. but definitely your offering was life changing.
Now that I am back home, and have made so much change, I would consider doing another Ayahuasca journey at a later point in time. I do plan to travel to Peru again in early 2012, and I will come to Cusco and do another retreat with you.
I have been self employed myself since 1992, and have had 3 small businesses with employees. I know how hard business can be. I hope you will continue to be in business and offer this service to those who seek it.

To whom it may concern.
I have been dealing on a personal level with Etnikas for 5 years; they have given me tour guide service via Jesus Merello to the famous and not so famous, but important ancient stone sites in and around Cusco. Their prices have always been fair, and their service excellent and professional.
Their shamanic services I have found to be authentic and incredibly useful to my well being, as well as educating me about the history of the Inca and pre-Inca cultures. As there are purportedly at least 500 tour agencies in the city of Cusco, and at least 2000 foreign visitors there per day, the atmosphere is ripe for abuse of the visitor; either over charging them for services, providing guides that are improperly trained and uneducated, and offering “shamanic” services that are a complete and utter sham, and abuse of historical and ethical context.
This is to be expected in a tourist city such as Cusco. However, Etnikas stands above most other tourist related businesses that I have been associated with or exposed to in Cusco. Their founder, Angel, as well as his son Angel Jr., Jesus Merello, and Mandy are very professional in attitude and conduct, and truly care about the spiritual, physical, and mental needs of their clients. That is why they are still in business, and also why I visit them every time I and my clients and friends are in the city.
On a professional level, I sell my book “A Brief History Of The Incas” through their store, and am proud to do so. Also, Jesus is a consultant for my own tour company Hidden Inca Tours, and I look forward to many happy years of personal and professional dealings with Etnikas.

I would like you to know that I found the course hugely beneficial, and that the benefits have continued long after my return to the UK: please thank Jesus for his ceremony, and guidance during the weekend.
Although I had minor quibbles about the logistics of the course, ultimately I would be happy (as I mentioned on the feedback form) to recommend Etnikas to others, which is the ultimate arbiter, I suppose, of whether I considered my experience satisfactory, and value for money.
…which is a long-winded way of me saying THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH for an amazing experience, and for your efforts and attention over the weekend, and for the video, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Participating in the Ayahuasca ceremonie allowed me to recognize the fear and uncertainty within myself. The noble silence for me was 100% necessary. It allowed me to prepare for my ceremony and stay focused on my goal. I think if the people allowed talking, their thoughts and ideas would have entered my experience taking away from a personalized experience.
When they got frustannted it felt awkward a little distracting. I would recommend Angel do the translations until Sandra learns a little more English. But I love her passion for process; I could feel her loving energy.

Hagely positive and fascinating experience, would recommend for anyway cooling for some answers.
Extremely impressed with the service and cevel of care and attention that I was given and felt in a safe and warn environment the whole time.
The ceremonies were beautiful and the shamans part a tremendous amount of time effort into them. Not only was the general experience very positive but the details were there too, mahing it over better.
The setting for the retreat is beautiful, set on a hill looking down on the Urubamba river really adds a spiritual feel to the place would love to stay longer.

Why I would recommend Ayahuasca? :
It is an amazing, spiritual, mystical experience, especially when the Shaman sing their IQAROS, the sound like ancient song that take you to another world.
My mind and body felt completely and utterly cleansed after the ceremonies. It is a unique way to heal your past- you can heal yourself in short amount of time, as opposed to western therapies. Ayahuasca also deals with your spirit and body and not just your mind.
It is an indescribably special experience that should not be feared; it is a journey into the unknown which should be embraced as it only good thing for you. I felt so much amazement, happiness and positive energy during the ceremony; it was a completely positive experience for me specially the opportunity to go another ancient realm.
